When we receive your artwork we work hard to ensure that there are no reasons why the printed end product will disappoint. Your artwork will undergo stringent checks BEFORE we supply your proofs:-
Our “Pitstop Professional” pre-flight system helps us to frequently correct problems such as colour separations, CMYK values, non-embedded fonts, trapping, scaling, etc. If there are any reasons why we cannot correct your artwork for you, we will contact you immediately so no time is wasted.
After which, our “Prinect Signa Station” allows us to impose the file quickly and precisely - providing optimal print sheet assignment (reducing our carbon footprint). RIP files will then be double-checked via our “Prinect MetaDimension” and our operators will visually assess the colour separated files against your supplied hard copy (if provided).
The process is swift and since both your proof and your printed products are calculated on the same RIP, they match with exceptional accuracy.
After receiving your proof approval, our Heidelberg Prosetter plate maker, with its frictionless vacuum grip and rotating prism laser, provides outstanding quality and precision; down to thousandths of a millimetre!
This technology is linked to our printing presses with our “Prinect Prepress Interface” which reduces our make-ready times and delivers ink presetting data for optimum colour presetting by our experienced press operators.
